Gabrielle is a certified Vedic Educator through Chopra, having completed teacher trainings in Primordial Sound Meditation, Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga, and Perfect Health: Ayurvedic Lifestyle. She has been a regular instructor of yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda at retreats world-wide since 2007.She has taught over 1,000 classes and lectures at Chopra, ranging in group size from 1 to 500 people. Through her teaching, speaking and writing contributions, she seeks to connect the well-being tools grounded in ancient wisdom and make them accessible, practical and sustainable for everyone living in our modern, fast-paced world.
Gabrielle also seeks to infuse the wisdom of Ayurveda into the yoga asana practice. She created signature Ayurvedic Yoga classes to balance each Dosha from the postures, instruction, sequence, and music. These classes were featured at Chopra's Journey into Healing and Wisdom Within retreats. She has sought out wisdom from the many different yoga styles over her 15+ years as a practitioner and instructor and taken yoga immersions in Vinyasa Yoga through Core Power Yoga, Restorative Yoga at the Prana Yoga Center, and Yoga for Functional movement through Alexandria Crow.
Gabrielle offers classes at yoga studios, retreats, rehabilitation centers, and one-on-one holistic lifestyle coaching. Gabrielle is truly passionate about watching the transformation that occurs in her clients from the inside out when they ground themselves in simple and sustainable lifestyle shifts, personalized form them.
